Welcome to our home in the Himalayas 🌿 This is our family house, where we host guests as part of our everyday life. The home is located on top of a hill, offering beautiful views of the surrounding Himalayan valley. Many of our guests tell us they feel they’ve found their home in the mountains here. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, fresh air, and a genuine Himachali home experience, you’ll feel comfortable here. The space This is an independent house with four rooms, out of which one room is reserved for guests. 🛏️ The guest room: - Can accommodate 3–5 guests (depends how they would like to adjust) - Equipped with comfortable floor mattresses - Plenty of warm blankets provided for winter stays 🚿 Facilities: - Attached bathrooms - Geyser for hot water 🍳 Kitchen access: Simple shared kitchen with: - Gas stove (two burners) - Traditional chulha (earth stove) - Refrigerator and basic utensils - Option to enjoy a bonfire and roast food under the stars 🌄 Views: - Open verandah with wide Himalayan mountain views - Calm surroundings with changing shades of green throughout the day Guest access Guests have access to: - One private bedroom - Attached washrooms - Shared kitchen - Verandah and outdoor sitting areas During your stay During the day, Nancy’s mother is usually at home and happy to help or guide you if needed. In the evening, you may meet Amar, who can help you explore nearby places. Taxi arrangements and local travel assistance can be provided on request. Other things to note This is a family home, not a hotel or resort. If you enjoy spending time with locals and want to experience life like a Himachali, you’ll have a truly meaningful stay here.
