This fully-furnished, immaculate home is perfect for two to three families to enjoy with a finished basement (for the kids!) and a warm, inviting fireplace and infrared sauna to warm yourselves after a full day of skiing, hiking, golfing or enjoying any one of the many Ellicottville activities. Our place is ideally suited for multi-generation or multi-family reunions or get togethers. While we invite you to enjoy your stay at our place, we are not attempting to attract large, hard core party groups (no offense!!). This house sits up on the hill across from the Holimont Ski Resort (a private resort on weekends, but open to public during the week) and you can actually watch the skiers glide down the slopes from the balcony, deck or porch of this 6 bedroom chalet. Holimont is located in Ellicottville, a charming resort town just 51 miles south of Buffalo, New York. In addition to Holimont, the Holiday Valley Ski Resort is only minutes away, about two miles from the premises. Enjoy the local restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner and shopping in downtown Ellicottville, only a mile away, within walking distance, or head over to the Seneca Casino about 7 miles away for dinner, casino fun and live entertainment. In the summertime, relax and enjoy yourself with golfing at Holiday Valley or challenge yourself at the the Sky High adventure zip-line course. Ride the mountain coaster, go hiking, mountain biking, or enjoy one of three swimming pools at Tamarack, the new condominium at Holiday Valley. If being outdoors is what you love, Letchworth State Park or Allegany State Park are just a short distance from Ellicottville. The surrounding hills are breathtaking and in the fall, the colorful foliage is so incredibly brilliant that it must be seen to be believed! A trip to Niagara Falls is only about 1 hour away... an easy day trip! You will truly feel revived after vacationing here! Personal checks, cashier's checks, and Venmo are accepted. Rental rates apply to a maximum number of 18. There is a $10/person per day surcharge for anyone over that maximum. The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
