Great cottage on quiet, dead end lane. Perfect for families or couples. Sit on the deck or green and watch the ships pass you by. This is a quiet street of cottages with both weekenders and year-round residents. Our family has been coming to this special place on the river for my husband's entire 40+ years. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is it. There is a shared dock that you may swim or fish off of. The water is not deep. There's a chance you can keep a small boat at our shared dock - do not reserve this property unless you are OK either way - it depends on water levels, ect, which change all the time. Message us the week before your arrival and we'll let ya know. Otherwise you can launch the boat just down the road. We have 3 window unit ACs. YOU MUST BRING OUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS! This cottage is a 10 minute drive to Clayton, or about 15 minutes to Alexandria Bay
