The unit comes with one (1) parking slot at basement 3. There are also various convenience stores, restaurants (both fast-food and sit down), and salons no more than a minute walk from the building. Getting around outside Fort Bonifacio is no problem, as cabs can easily be hailed from the malls around the building (save for the 5pm - 7pm rush hour). The bus to Makati stops 100 meters from the building. Other things to note The unit comes with an electronic access card for use of tenants to the building and the facilities around the complex. In compliance with building security, we will need copies of valid IDs/passports of those staying in the building prior to your arrival. Kindly return all access cards upon check-out.
