Entire one bedroom apartment with a private bathroom, in the Perth Hills, only 15 minutes from the Airports. Close to wineries and restaurants in Kalamunda and the Bickley Valley, with the Perth CBD only 25 minutes away by car. Off street parking and a private entrance is provided on site. It best suits those with their own transport. Public transport is a short walk away for access to Perth and Kalamunda and a supermarket is a ten minute walk away. The space The suite has a large bedroom with Queen size bed, lounge room, dining area, kitchen, private bathroom and courtyard. It is located at the rear of the property so is very secluded and private. It is set in the garden of a half acre block in the Perth Hills with your own entrance and parking. We have a spare folding bed, if it is required for a third person, at a small charge. Guest access Guests have their own entrance and parking space, along with two outdoor seating areas to enjoy sun or shade.
