The apartment is located in the center of Tbilisi, in front of the Concert Hall. 5 mins walk to Rustaveli ave., Vere Park and Wine factory #1. The apartment has an astonishing view to the garden, that makes the place cozier for the guests. The neighborhood Vera, is a mixture of old and modern surroundings where you can have an easy access to all kinds of public transport. The place is near to cafes, bars, pubs, parks, etc. Vera is one of the oldest part of Tbilisi. The space The apartment is very comfortable (115 sq.m. ) with two bedrooms , one big sitting room and an open kitchen for dining with an excess to an extra space for sleeping. The apartment accommodates comfortably five adults as we offer 1 double bed, two beds for two persons each and a sofa -bed. If needed, extra visitors can be placed on a cozy sofa in a bedroom. Guest access Apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities for modern accommodation including fridge, hot water and central heating , halogen oven , washing machine , electric kettle (with tea , coffee and sugar ) , sandwich maker , hair dryer , iron with its table , LED TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, all sorts of dishes including wine and beer glasses, etc. You will be provided with bed linen and fully equipped bathroom. We don’t have private parking area but around the building you can have a lot of free parking spaces.
