The space The apartment is located in Zortea, a small village close to Canal S. Bovo, belonging to the charming and quiet Vanoi valley adjacent to the renowned Fiera d Primiero, Mezzano (since 2010, part of the "Most Beautiful Villages of Italy"), San Martino di Castrozza and Canal San Bovo. The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical mountain farmhouse completely renovated and is on one level with a mezzanine floor that serves as a wardrobe and a double bedroom. The open plan main floor houses the living room with a comfortable sofa, the dining room and the kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge and freezer. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has a typical mountain terrace that runs along the entire perimeter of the house and offers a magnificent view of the Vanoi valley. In front of the house convenient parking. Pets: The apartment is open to our animal friends, however, we only receive small pets and no more than one per booking. Reservations that include a pet have an additional cost of € 40 on the total reservation. For special needs please let us know in advance by message to find a possible solution together :-) Winter activities: 27 km away is the renowned ski resort of San Martino di Castrozza - Rolle pass which is part of the Dolomites ski area. 25 km away are the Lagorai ski lifts - Brocon pass, with its 15 slopes (10 km) and 2 snow parks offering the possibility to ski in a beautiful area with very competitive prices. 6 km away is the 8 km track at the Calaita lake, which boasts an incomparable view of the Cimon della Pala with various rings that run on flat meadows or on modest slopes.
