Stylishly furnished well appointed apartment in the picturesque village of Buckland Monachorum, it as an ideal base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall. The totally renovated apartment is situated above the Drake Manor , a cosy historic Inn dating back to the 12th Century. It was part of the Buckland Abbey estate and was owned in the 16th century by Sir Francis Drake. The space The exposed timbers and vaulted ceiling create a welcoming spacious apartment. The bedrooms can be arranged as a twin bedded or superking bedroom and a standard double. Please confirm bed configuration on booking. A cot is available on request. Guest access On entering the building there is a staircase with private entrance door to the apartment. Guests are of course able to use all the Drake Manor Inn facilities during opening hours, and come and go as they please. There is a pretty, sheltered garden to the side of the building. Other things to note Meals may be served in the apartment if required.
