Quiet family neighborhood by MOA

This is a private room in a clean single family home located in a quite and safe neighborhood. Within walking distance of shopping malls, groceries stores, library, restaurants, and parks. Mall of America is less than a 5 minute drive away. Twin bed in a small bedroom. The room size is about 12 feet by 9 feet (3.7m x 2.75m) . I cannot accommodate same day or last minute requests. The space The room has its' own temperature customization, so you can make it as cool or as warm as you want. I have AC window unit and space heaters. The house already has central air. It is a twin bed, but I also have an air mattress if that does not work for you. The room also has a desk, office chair, lounge chair, closets and a night stand. Please note if you are bringing animals there is an additional $10 charge per animal. I will submit a change in your reservation once I am notified that you are bringing a pet. Please expect this once booking is accepted. I do not have a fence yard that is enclosed. All my neighbors do, so I have a partial fenced yard. If your pet darts or runs away then you cannot leave it in the yard. Please pick up after your pet waste as well. For long-term stays: Food are not be stored in the room on a long term (more than 3 days) basis. Please use the kitchen and fridge. I would be happy to make space and open to a conversation of how much space you need. Guest access -Bathroom -Shower -Kitchen (all appliances) -Plenty of parking (street) -Laundry (washer, dryer, clothes steamer, iron, air dry post in the backyard) During your stay Me and my boyfriend are working professionals. Typically we are around/available to ask questions. We live in the up stair portion of the house. We will only share the living room and kitchen. You have your private room and bathroom. I may be caring for dog(s). I work very long days so I probably won't be able to interact with you much aside from the weekends. Other things to note I may be dog sitting during your stay. If you are allergic to animals, please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate. If you do not like dogs, please close the door to your room. That way the dogs will not be bothering you. I can also provide a baby gate if you prefer to keep it open but oppose to having canine visitors. I also speak fluent Vietnamese and Cantonese if you don't speak English.
