Quiet & charming location in a residence surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation and near the sea. The space Surrounded by nature, at the base of the small inactive volcano (called Vulcanello) and close to the sea, the house enjoys a considerable privacy, because it looks out onto its own garden, delimited by a "natural wall" of  black lava stone. The slight altitude and the luxuriant vegetation make the home a pleasant and ventilated place where you can take cover from the summer heat. With an internal surface of 40 m² and external of  70 m² (for a total of 110 m²) the house is organized as follows: COURTYARD (with outdoor shower, barbecue and wooden table with benches), this gives you the access to a LARGE COVERED PATIO (Aeolian architecture) with kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, sideboard, table and chairs; TWO ROOMS (2 beds and 1 wardrobe for each room, TOT SLEEPS 4) with private entrances and different keys, which can be accessed respectively from the covered patio and private courtyard; BATHROOM with shower, which is accessed by a small hallway shared by the two rooms. Guest access Guests have the exclusive use of the entire property and all the things written in this advertisement Other things to note For snorkeling or spearfishing the reef near the house is an exceptional place. Being an island the price of the equipment is higher than normal. Do not forget mask, fins and shoes/sandals for rocks. If you are interested in natural mud baths bring a swimsuit with you that you don't care about, because it will get muddy.
