The space The Poggio del Fabbro agriturismo is located in San Pietro a Dame, a hamlet of the municipality of Cortona in the Cortona mountains, 20 km from the city, in a quiet and isolated position among the green mountains at an altitude of 700 m above sea level on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. It is located in the center of a farm of about 65 hectares, mainly composed of woods but also of cultivated land. In addition to wood, the farm's main products are: wine, oil, cereals, chestnuts, a small sheep farm and farmyard animals (poultry and rabbits). It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday away from the chaotic noise of the city. The agriturismo is located in a house from the late 1800s, renovated in 2011 while maintaining its original features. The house has a size of about 90 square meters arranged on 3 levels, where on the ground floor we find the kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4 burners, fridge with small freezer, toaster, etc., the living room with a table, sofa bed, closed fireplace and satellite TV. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor, there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom that can be transformed into a double if necessary, and a bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a 1000 sqm fenced garden with a private pool, barbecue, gazebo, sun loungers and some children's games. The last 1500 meters of road to access the house are not paved. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, outdoor garden areas, private pool, and covered parking on the property. Other things to note In July and August, a minimum stay of 7 nights is preferred, and possibly from Saturday to Saturday. In the remaining period, arrivals are accepted on every day of the week.
