Kiperi House - The Stables

Charming, quiet and private accommodation in the converted stables of our 200 year old traditional Kythirian home. The space Welcome to our house in the rural village of Frilingianika. Your accommodation is in the converted stables of our 200 year old traditional Kythirian home, which we have restored to its old splendour with particular attention given to maintain all the original plans and features, but offering all the modern comforts. The Stables comprises of two spacious independent rooms, the Manger room, which is where the 'local' donkey and goats were kept, and still maintains the original feeding manger, and the Goth room, so named because we find the beautiful XIX century Italian bed, a little 'gothic'. Both rooms can accommodate three people, but please note that the Goth bed is a small European double. The Stables also has a comfortable outside sitting/dining area and a huge roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and surrounding area, to sun bathe or enjoy the incredible night sky. Although we do not provide breakfast, we do offer a complimentary selection of teas and coffees for you to enjoy! Guest access Dedicated to our guests are: - a fully equipped kitchenette in addition to a kettle and mini fridge in each room, - a comfortable and relaxing outside sitting area, - a large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and surrounding area, to sun bathe or enjoy the incredible night sky. Washing machine is available for guest use for a small fee. Other things to note We would like to think of you as visiting friends rather then paying guests that enjoy the peace (sometimes with the exception of the local cockerel) and simplicity of a rural village.
