At the center of the square -lined with medieval buildings with arcades- there is an old well-known saying of “Acqua Viva”, dated 1300. The apartment consists of a sleeping area of 40 mq2 characterized by a coffered ceiling, where there is a double bed, a small study and a bathroom with tub and shower, and a living area consists of a spacious living room with 50 mq2 barrel vault in which there is a kitchen and a loft with a futon for 2 people. The hall is connected, through a turret (which dates back to the oldest part of the house) to the gallery terrace equipped for eating and reading-which also has a fireplace used as a barbecue.
