Quiet detached house/terrace/parking

Quiet house, fully renovated and air-conditioned. Enclosed courtyard. Close to the A71 highway toll, the Nassigny golf course and the Berry Canal. EV charging station. Bed linens provided at no extra cost (the beds are made by us). Towels available upon request at the rate of €5 per person. The space Courtyard with private parking at the front of the house and terrace with pergola, garden furniture, deckchairs, outdoor games and wooded park at the back. (About 400 m2 of land in total). On the ground floor: - Kitchen with oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine, blender, + outdoor grill. - Shower room/ wc / washing machine - Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2) Upstairs: - 1 WC /sink + storage - 1 large bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed (sleeps 2 to 3 people) - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (sleeps 2) Other things to note Cleaning must be done at the end of the rental. The space must be made as clean as at check-in. Accommodation for additional people is not allowed (maximum 5 people). Finally, the house is close to a farm (dairy cow farming). Depending on weather conditions, it may exceptionally occur to perceive smells from the terrace.
