Pinus Village – Santa Margherita di Pula – Chia

We rent an apartment on the 1st floor with a double bedroom, a double room with a bunk bed, a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a large garden located 150 meters from the sea. Close to Chia (6 km), Pula (15 km) and 51 km from Elmas airport. The space The apartment of about 55 square meters is on the second floor of a complex of terraced villas in the tourist village of Pinus Village, a short walk from the playground (where the shuttle stop for Pula is located) and a few minutes from the sea. It is equipped with a fan, electric stove, hairdryer, iron, drying rack and beach chairs. Guest access Guests can freely use the large 120-square-meter garden for lunches and dinners. If it rains, the sheltered balcony is a great fallback, being just a few steps from the fireplace. Other things to note During the month of August, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 14 nights. Please note that ferry ticket fares are cheap if booked from Thursday to Thursday. Important: Guests are asked to leave the house in the same condition in which they were hosted. If this does not happen, any extra cleaning costs will be charged from the security deposit.
