A lovely light three bedroom house situated in the western Lake District just 10 minutes away from the National Park.With great views over Dent fell and the mountains at the head of Ennerdale valley. The property is also only a 15 minute drive away from the lovely beach at St Bees. The space The house is situated in a short row of houses. Access can be gained from either the front or rear. Guests can park at the front of the house (this is on a first come first serve basis). There is also parking to the rear of the property. The house is set over three floors. On the ground floor there is a large, light and well equipped kitchen with access to a pretty garden with a large seating area. Also on the ground floor is a cosy lounge/dining room which has a large Smart TV and DVD player with a selection of DVD's. There are also lots of books and maps with information covering the whole of the Lake District There is also a selection of family games. On the first floor there is a bathroom and one large bright bedroom with a double bed. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. It also has amazing views over Dent fell and the mountains at the head of the Ennerdale valley. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. It also has a roof light window which is great for doing some star gazing. The house is great for cyclists as the coast to coast cycle track passes right at the back of the house.Also Whitehaven is only 4 miles away, the start of the c2c cycle route. It is also ideal for walkers and families with children and dogs. St Bees beach is close by which is the start of the c2c walk. The location is also handy for people working nearby at Sellafield, Whitehaven and Workington. Guest access Entry is via a locked key safe at the front of the property. The code will be given to you before your day of travel. Guests will be able to access the whole house, except for two locked cupboards which are for the use of the cleaners and our family.
