The space This boutique style apartment is located in the authentic building, the facade and the elements bring the real feeling of Maltese heritage, whilst the inside has been recently refurbished with a modern/stylish look. This apartment also have the most advantageous sea views, side sea views, as well as fantastic church and square views. As you enter the apartment you will find yourself in the common area that includes kitchen and living room finished with marble and authentic Maltese tiles. In this area you also have the dining table, sofa bed, TV and balconies. The doors in the living room will lead you to the double bedroom with another balcony and ensuite bathroom. There is also plenty of storage space, washer, air conditioning and heating, so the apartment may be heated throughout during the winter months. The apartment has everything prepared for you to start your vacation, including linens, towels, washing and ironing facilities, one air conditioning unit, Wi-Fi, apartment and city guide, complementary amenities and there is also self-catering possibility within apartment’s fully equipped kitchen which offers top-quality amenities including cooking equipment, fitted oven, microwave, large fridge, and induction hob. Please note, we have multiple apartments within the building across all floors, the apartments are like for like design, furnishing, and decor. Guest access Less than a kilometer around, you will have access to many cafes, bars, restaurants and grocery stores in the center of Valletta. Even more shops and bars may be found in Sliema, which is easily accessible by taxi, bus or by ferries. The stops are a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Please note that construction work is going on nearby and some units may be affected by noise. If you need the sofa bed or baby cot to be set up, please kindly let us know in advance, so we could prepare that for you.
