Our Property is on the very edge of Warminster. Your accomodation is the loft conversiosn and the entrance way. We can accommodate a maximum of four persons in two rooms. We are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. Breakfast includes croissants jams cereals juices etc. A kitchenette, TV DVDs books games BBQ and use of the front garden. Please note we have a Labrador dog. The space You have your own private entrance. Your space is not shared with ourselves. The accommodation is on the upper floor with a large family bathroom, both bedrooms have double beds. Tea and Coffee making facilities and a small fridge are located on the landing. Both rooms have TV's with Freeview, Netflix & DVD players with access to DVD's. You are more than welcome to use the kitchenette facilities which include a sink, a two ring induction unit and a small oven and a microwave to cook for yourself, which is located downstairs with an eating area, or bring in cooked food to consume. The front garden is at your disposal. you are welcome to use this and a BBQ which is available upon request. We offer a continental style breakfast with tea/coffee, fruit juices, cereals, croissants and jams. The neighbours do have chickens they may wake you in the mornings. Pets are welcome but we insist that pet bedding is brought and no pets sleep on the guests beds. Please note that pets are not to be left alone unattended in the property. Guest access You may either park in the driveway or on the road on arrival and during your stay (Please park leaving room for our vehicle to exit/enter the drive). The local Train Station is 1.3 miles away. There is a bus stop in Frederick Taylor Court (1/2 way up Bradley Road). We are on Cycle Route 24. You will be given an access code prior to your arrival, digital keys are available upon entry. Other things to note We do have a young Black Labrador on premises. She is kept away from your space, but may meet you in the garden. Pets are welcome but we insist that pet bedding is brought and no pets sleep on the guests beds.
