There are two bed rooms on the second floor. One double bed (1-2 persons) + other Tatami room with double bed (1-2 persons). We have 2 extra single mattress bed each room. This is very good for two families or groups maximum for 6 persons. You can also use backyard BBQ garden patio. The space In Japan with four seasons, peoples are living with feel four seasons year by years. This house is an old private house which has been built around the owner's house for about fifty years after construction, owner purchased it as a warehouse of his company several years ago and used it. Walk to JR Shinden station(15mins) or get on kintetsu line from Kutsukawa(B13) and get off at Okubo(B12) station(next to Kutsukawa station). then change to JR line walk to Shinden station by 3min and get on JR train and get off at Uji station.
