This small cozy wooden studio, although part of my main house, is completely self-contained. It includes a main room and a shower room on the ground floor. Built in December 2008, I left it with nostalgia in December 2015 to finally live in a larger house on the same property. Located on the outskirts of a small village, in a quiet and serene location surrounded by pine trees. Two things to note: The ceiling is lower than in a traditional house and people over 1.80 m may be a little uncomfortable. The staircase to the bedroom is a miller's ladder style and can be a problem for young children who are not yet independent. A pond with goldfish is nearby. Parents are encouraged to be very vigilant in their supervision. Guest access Access to the accommodation is from the north side of the property. A specific parking lot will accommodate your vehicle. A small descent will take you to the shaded terrace which leads to the front door. In case of absence, a key box is available to the guest Other things to note This home is located a 5-minute drive from Lac De Champos, nice for swimming. It is also located about ten minutes from all shops. It is about 15 minutes from the Facteur Cheval's Ideal Palace located in Hauterives. The accommodation is located on unenclosed land, on the edge of a road on which there is a shallow pond. For this reason, dogs or cats are not allowed.
