This definition is perfect for the Era rural apartment. This was the main function of this part of the house, currently, it is rehabilitated trying to preserve the most characteristic. It has a nice fireplace with a wood stove, and in addition to its two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, it also has a fully equipped kitchen/living room. It retains its original wooden roof and wide walls, which make it a warm rural apartment in winter and cool in summer, as well as giving it a rustic aesthetic very much in keeping with the place where we are. In its lower part is the house's cellar with its cistern and Arab roof, in the lower part of the garden. This apartment is very well suited for the more adventurous who want to visit the surroundings. We are located near the Monfragüe National Park and very close to the main rural tourism areas of Extremadura (La Vera, the Jerte Valley, the Ambroz Valley) Just 7km from Plasencia and between La Vera, the Jerte Valley and the Ambroz Valley. The La Solana country house is located in Malpartida de Plasencia. Formerly called Casa Cilla (17th 17th century), it was owned by the Bishopric of Plasencia. Today it retains its architecture, shape and details but adapted to the comfort of the 21st century. In it, you can see its Arab cistern with water, vaults and its ancestral and strong forms of construction. A journey into the past with all today's comforts. La Solana is a beautiful rural complex of 6 apartments, which have 2 to 6 beds. The rural apartments have a 300-square-meter rustic patio and a garden, over 800 square meters, with a swimming pool, barbecue grill (closed in summer, we provide electric grills), and relaxing furniture. Located in Malpartida de Plasencia, within the Monfragüe National Park region (just 15 minutes away) and next to Plasencia, we are very well connected to Cáceres and Trujillo. It is a strategic place to enjoy Northern Extremadura.
