The Serene Room is located on the second floor of this Victorian period townhouse. It is a light and spacious room with a comfortable king sized bed and a shared guest shower room located next door. There is a single fold-out bed can be added for a third guest for £50 per night. The space The serene room is at the top of this Victorian period town house on second floor. It is located next to the shared guest shower room. Ideal for a couple, friends sharing or a family of 3. The room is supplied with bed linens, towels, hair dryer and facilities to make your own coffee and tea. Guest access Please make yourself at home, I love London and will happily recommend a day trip and give travel advice. Parking is charged from 12:00 - 14:00 from Monday - Friday. During your stay We greet all guests to our home in person and give a tour around, we provide a served breakfast each morning (in the garden if the weather is nice), morning the best time to ask advise and pick my brain on things to do. Our household is a friendly welcoming place to call home, the kettle is always on and we all respect each others sense of privacy. Other things to note Located in the London Borough of Lambeth, this quaint Victorian terrace is perfectly situated in a friendly and truly multicultural neighbourhood. Overlooking the local park and playground, Holmewood Homestay is close to all the local amenities such as supermarkets, pubs, cafes and restaurants. And with direct routes to the centre of the city, this part of Brixton Hill boasts transport links to virtually anywhere in London. The vibrant areas of Brixton and Clapham are a short bus ride away, and the leafy locale of Dulwich village is nearby. The property offers free Wi-Fi throughout and parking is possible onsite (restrictions apply). Guests can use the drawing room to relax after a busy day, and the kitchen for the free tea and coffee that provided. We prefer guests don't eat in the rooms and prefer you to prepare simple ready meals / sandwiches and not cook full meals in the kitchen. A fridge is available for your use. You are welcome to make coffee or and tea at any time and use the microwave facility. Ample parking places around the park at the front of the house, free except from noon - 2 pm Monday to Friday. Families enjoy our neighbourhood playground and park right outside.
