Our spacious one bedroom apartment is a comfortable oasis situated in the heart of the very best of Venice. Walk to Venice Beach, the Boardwalk, Santa Monica's Main Street, the world famous Abbott Kinney. Guest access You as a guest will have full access to the art studio out back and the jungle garden out front. There are free bikes and surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs and towels. After the beach there is a hot outdoor shower to rinse off you can also use. Other things to note Parking is free, but Monday 8am-10am is street sweeping on the south side and Tuesday 8am-10am is street sweeping on the north side of the street. The front yard is open and available for you to enjoy. We also have bikes for you to enjoy for free, with locks. If you want beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards or surfboards, we can accommodate. Just ask. We have two very friendly poodle mix rescues that will happily greet you or not if you are not into dogs. If you bring children we love them, we have a new pack and play to be used as a crib if you want, we also have extra blow up mattresses if you require for other guests. There are many playgrounds within walking distance. We also have many basketball courts, beach volleyball courts, tennis facilities, and golf courses within biking or walking distance. We can provide golf clubs, a basketball, a volleyball, or tennis rackets if you desire. We have beach towels for that leisurely beach stroll. Registration Details HSR19-003986
