Situated in the five-star private Mar Menor Golf Resort, our luxury fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment can offer you a fun and enjoyable getaway to a beautiful region of southern Spain. The weather is great all year round averaging 28 degrees in the summer (and a balmy 14 degrees in December!) The largest apartment on the resort with a massive 50 square metre south facing patio, our apartment is just 20 paces from the beautiful adult and kids pools. It really is a bonus to be on the ground floor benefitting with direct access to the pool - a real delight especially if you have children. You can also spill out onto the surrounding grassy areas too which is great for al fresco dining, reading and sunbathing. We provide you with a variety of options to keep you entertained on your holiday. We provide free Wifi, satellite TV, DVD's, board games and books. We are also one of the few properties in the resort with their own private PING PONG TABLE!! Small €20 wear & tear charge for all sports equipment. Tennis, Paddle tennis & golf clubs. Quiet, secure, beautiful, light and airy – our apartment is in an enviable location within the exclusive resort. We are within easy reach of the Jack Nicklaus designed 18-hole championship golf course, clubhouse, driving range, Spar supermarket, restaurants and bars. There are also many popular facilities including a relaxing spa, well-equipped gym, kids play areas, tennis and our family favourite paddle tennis! (It's like a hybrid tennis and squash game – great for all ages and abilities!) Locally there are some trendy bars and restaurants on El Boulevard within walking distance of the Resort. There is also an excellent and very popular mini golf course (Mini Golf Delux - 2 minutes away), a par 3 golf course (Club De Golf, Torre Pacheco - 10 minutes away), local beach, clay court tennis and bustling town of Los Alcazares (10 minutes away). There is plenty of shopping to do in Cartagena which also has a lovely marina (20 minutes away). You can also venture further to the larger cities of Alicante or Murcia. We absolutely love this part of Spain. Every time we visit we find there's something new opening – new bars, restaurants, shops, etc. It really is a great holiday for families of all ages and we welcome adults, kids, family and friends.
