A two-minute drive to the beach, close enough to hear the roaring sound of the waves as it reached the shore. A perfect location to unwind and have a relaxing weekend. The space Our property is in the centre of Tuross Head which is a lovely town with heaps of local fishing spots, and several beach and look out to see the breath-taking views of Pacific Ocean. Visiting our town may also give you a chance to watch whales as they pass by during migration period usually commencing in May each year. Tuross Head beach is quiet, child friendly and great place for swimming, fishing and bush walking. For golf enthusiasts, Tuross Head Golf and Country club is a short distance walk from the house. The club is also a good place to dine while enjoying the magnificent joined panoramic views of the Coila Lake and the Pacific Ocean. There are other lovely places to dine in offering fine dining with a view and or simple fish and chips served in the wharf right beside the Tuross River. Tuross Head and the nearby towns have several interesting places and attractions that will make your visit a trip to remember. Guest access AQUA ROOM is located upstairs; the room has 2 single bed which can easily converted to a double bed and has a built-in wardrobe. Toilet and shower for this room is located on the same floor just outside the bedroom. Apart from your designated booked room, guests may also access the following shared facilities: TWO LOUNGE AREAS: The main lounge room for a formal quiet setting. Whilst the second lounge room which is adjacent to the Kitchen and Dining is more of a family setting with smart TV to watch local TV programs and access to Netflix. DINING AREAS: There are two dining areas one with a 6-seater table and another 8-seater table. Both are located beside the kitchen area with access to the back veranda overlooking the back garden and the Tuross Lake view. KITCHEN: Guests can use the fridge/freezer, microwave, tea and coffee facility, coffee machine, water kettle, sandwich press and toaster all located in the common kitchen area. Dishes, cutlery, coffee mugs, wine and drinking glass, bowls cup and saucers are also available for your convenience. FREE coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, milk, cereals, and biscuits are provided for your continental breakfast. OTHER PROVISIONS: First Aid kit, blood pressure monitor, Fire extinguisher, Fire blanket are available and located in common kitchen area. Chess board and other indoor board games are available for family interaction and entertainment. Selections of pocketbooks and magazines to enjoy peace and quiet time. Portable Cot, Highchair, Iron/Ironing board and Hair Dryer are available upon request. During your stay We are happy to be contacted if you have any query or request prior to the confirmation of your booking. Guests can contact us directly through AirBnB platform. We will be home to welcome you when you check-in and will provide you information for your safe stay in the property. For housekeeping and maintenance purposes and to provide immediate assistance to guests in case of emergency we stay in the property. We have our own private place which has a separate entrance and exit for the safety and privacy of our guests and for ours as well. Guests are guaranteed to have their own space and full privacy. As long as the house policies are being observed we don't interfere with our guests on their entire stay. Guests can only see/talk to us when we welcome them on their check in and when they check out or as per guest request. Other things to note To maintain the family home aura; and to make sure the house is always clean and in order, we require all guest to respect the following house rules. NO SHOES are allowed inside the house for health and sanitary purposes. The whole house is made of polished timber hence, to avoid unnecessary noise that could disturb other guests. Clean and sanitized house slippers are being provided upon request. NO PETS are allowed to protect other guests who may have existing allergies. NO SMOKING inside the premises. NO Food and drinks allowed inside bedrooms. NO Partying and excessive consumption of alcohol, although social drinking is acceptable. Celebrations, indoor family games and gatherings are allowed up until 10 pm only. You may continue to do so BUT would need to keep the noise down after 10pm in respect to the nearby neighbours. Guest/s must climb stairs. The house has a flight of stairs going up to top floor and or going down to entrance level. For safety, adults must look after young kids when going up or down the stairs. Also, driveway is quite steep hence if guests hesitate to drive down to the lower parking area, the top side area in front of the property is also a safe place to park and available free of charge. Maximum Number of Guest (Per room) For those who wishes to book our per room accommodation, a maximum of two guests is allowed per room.
