Secluded Back Beach Paradise

Our newly renovated north-facing beach house is comfortable, spacious and stylish with everything you need for the perfect getaway. Open plan living spaces full of natural light; comfortable and high-quality furniture, new appliances, beautiful new bathrooms, a quiet back beach setting, cafe and general store up the road in a beachside location that's hard to beat! The space **recently fully renovated and extended including all new appliances and furniture, much of which is hand made. Photos not yet updated. The kitchen, dining and lounge are all open plan with loads of natural light and a lovely north facing outlook through dual bi-fold doors over our large block, which is full of established native moonah trees. The kitchen and butlers pantry are extremely well appointed including all the basics and a few extras like a good quality coffee machine and soda stream. We also include much more than the basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, sauces etc. (because we live here much of the time) and we want you to help yourselves. The bedrooms are very spacious, two with access to a massive rear deck and back yard and featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. One has an ensuite and walk-in robe. The other two have built-in robes. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated with underfloor heating. The main has a large bath and separate dual head shower and the large ensuite has a large dual head shower. The water pressure is great and the brushed nickel fixtures on rough-cut paving tiles are stunning! The 3rd bedroom is designed to be a second living space - oversized and with a wall-mounted TV and an excellent queen-sized Koala sofa bed (brand new, like everything else). It's also our son's room - born in Jan 2022 so we have a cot and changeable etc. should these be required, or we can put a few excellent self-inflating sleeping mats in here which are perfect for kids and very comfortable. I make solid timber furniture so everything from the home office desk to the 10-seat round dining table, the coffee table, armchair and stools are handmade in sustainable and/or reclaimed Australian hardwoods. We've plenty of off-cuts for the beautiful coonara fire place in the main lounge or the outdoor firepit. As you can probably tell, we've put a lot of thought into our home; we love it here and we're sure you will too! Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy.
