A small but lovely fully furnished flat located in a 19th century building in the amazing “Rione Monti”, very close to the Colosseum and its subway station as to the archaeological area of "Fori Imperiali": perfect to enjoy Rome just by walking! The space THE APARTMENT is located on a mezzanine on the first floor (without lift) of a late 19th century building, with a small balcony overlooking a large internal courtyard. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. It is approximately thirty square meters. It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults: it is ideal for a couple. The bedroom is furnished with a "French" type bed (i.e. measuring 200 x 140 cm) and the living space has a single seater armchair bed. The shower is standard 70x70 cm. Sheets and towels, hand and shower soap, shampoo are included in the basic reservation for 2 people; for minimum stays of 1 week, 1 extra change of all linen is included in the price. Please note: the apartment, being a mezzanine and having a lower than standard ceiling, is not recommended for very tall people (over 1.85 m). Guest access Guests will have access to: _Entrance with armored door and wardrobe/wardrobe. _Living space furnished with a single armchair-bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. _Bedroom with a double "French type" bed (200x140 cm) and with a wardrobe/wardrobe. _Complete bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower (standard 70x70 cm) _Service bathroom with sink and toilet. _Balcony with covered area. Other things to note EXTRA BABY: if you are a couple with a small child, you can obviously keep him/her with you in bed if you prefer; if instead you need a COT, this can be brought into the apartment - by notifying in advance BEFORE booking - and paying an extra 50.00 euros at check-in for the entire stay (the mattress is included, but they are not including sheets for the cot).
