Description
This 1960s home has been partially updated over the years and offers a comfortable, no-frills stay for larger families or groups needing plenty of beds and room. While several areas were refreshed 15–20 years ago, this is still an older home with its share of quirks—such as a smaller oven, a laundry area located in part of the garage, and the occasional 2-prong outlet. That said, guests consistently appreciate the spacious layout, multiple living areas, large bedrooms, and convenient location. The space The house is approximately 2,300 square feet across two stories, with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. The primary bedroom is on the first floor and features a separate vanity area, walk in closet, and direct access to the outdoor hot tub and patio. Both the 2nd living room and the primary bedroom have desks and wifi. There is a washer/dryer in the laundry room, and a large fenced yard with beautiful mature trees. The home is located just a few blocks of the intersection of Burnet Rd & Anderson Ln, putting you close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and public transit options. Sleeping Arrangements - Primary Bedroom: King bed 2nd Bedroom: King bed 3rd Bedroom: King bed 4th Bedroom: 2 Queen beds 2nd living area: pull out sofa Please note that the corner sofa pictured in the photos has been replaced with two regular 3 seat sofas for more seating.
