Beautiful, large 4 BR home only 1.5 miles from Bethany Beach! One master suite on the first floor and one on the second floor. Each Master Suite has large bathrooms with double sinks and large shower. Powder room on the 1st floor and a BR with a tub on 2nd fl. Kid friendly with a foosball table and games. 4 flat screen TVs and fireplace. Kitchen is fully stocked. Clubhouse includes pool, fitness center, and Sauna. Two car garage & parking for 4 cars. No trailers are allowed (HOA rule) The space The whole house (nearly 3,000 sq feet) is yours during the entire time! There is a flat screen TV and electric fireplace in the great room on the first floor. This is the perfect space for all to gather and enjoy a movie or hang with family and friends after a day out at the beach. The gourmet open space kitchen features a large island with seating. There is a separate dining room towards the front of the house. On the 2nd floor there is a “loft space” with a queen pull out sofa, flat screen TV and Foosball table. The three other bedrooms surrounded the loft area. There is one primary suite on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd. In the back we have a paver patio with privacy landscaping, outdoor furniture and BBQ. We welcome children and infants. We have high chairs, pack and plays, toys and books for the little ones. There is a foos ball table There are 4 flatscreen TV’s, fully equipped Kitchen, Refrigerator with ice maker, drip coffee maker, espresso maker, knife set, blender, toaster, microwave, 2 ovens, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, central air, free WiFi. The neighborhood is great for walks!! Parties are not permitted at the house. There is a 7 night minimum rental requirement. During the summer months we only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings. Linens are included. There is a primary suite on the 1st floor with a king size bed. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The second primary suite also has a king size bed. Then there is a bedroom with a queen bed, and one with two twin size beds. There is a pull out queen size sleeper sofa on the 2nd floor. Guest access Enjoy the entire house. Pool and clubhouse is available to those who stay at least 7 nights from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is a $40 fee per person per week for access to the pool and clubhouses. This is for anyone over age 6. There is keyless entry through the front door and garage. Check in is a breeze and all information is made available to guests on the Air B and B app. We are a mile and a half from the beach. Other things to note We have keyless entry. The code and house number will be sent to you on the day you check in. The pool is opened from Memorial Day (5/29) to Labor Day. There is a $40 charge per person, per week for anyone over 6 years old payable at the pool by credit card only. The gym is open. Garbage gets picked up on Mondays. Bins need to be put out on Sunday night or Monday morning. Please note- We have 4 large flat screen TV’s in the house. We use streaming services only. Guests are allowed to have their own guests over. Linens and towels are provided through an outside company and are delivered the day of check in. Beds will not have the sheets on them upon arrival.
