This little house proposes the advantages of the city in a green setting. Situated in the South of Gradignan, the accommodation is in exact border between forest, vineyards and the city of Bordeaux. It offers a direct access to the natural sites such as circuits of local hikes, Pathway of St Jacques de Compostelle, wine trail of the Grave, Natural reserve of Landes of Gascony and Bay of Arcachon. One of its assets is its accessibility in public transportation (bus, streetcar, train). The space Small restored stone and wood house of a surface of 60m ², it consists of an entrance sheltering an internal garden, a 15m ²bedroom and of a livingroom offering a beautiful volume with its sloping ceiling reaching 4m height. All the rooms open on a wooden terrace and a totally closed garden. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a microwaves oven, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator-freezer. Many amenities are freely provided such as bedsheets, towels, kitchen linen. Other things to note HOUSE CLEANING : ** SHORT STAY (up to 3 DAYS included) : we chose not to charge the house cleaning so that the price is net of any addition. Nevertheless, this housework stays under our responsibilitycand, and any help will be deeply appreciated as for example to undo beds. ** LONG STAYS (from 4 DAYS) :Following the example of all the holiday cottages, it is asked to you to be willing to make the household at the end of stay. Nevertheless we suggest you making this task for you at the price of 35€ to be settled upon your arrival.
