The house is a terraced house located in a well-kept area closed to traffic, which extends along the coast with direct access to the sea through an internal avenue. It consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the upper floor, while on the ground floor there is a room with a single sofa bed and a second bathroom with shower. It is suitable for stays in every season thanks to the air conditioning, independent heating and fireplace. You will find the convenience of the main appliances, three air conditioners (one in the living room and one in two bedrooms) and two ceiling fans in two other of the four bedrooms, so as to ensure comfort in every season. Other things to note Please take note of the following rules that will be understood to be adopted in the event of confirmation of the reservation by the guests: 1/ This is a home in which there are personal belongings for which we ask respect and care, assuming the role of custodians of the house and the objects that are part of it. 2/ We are private individuals, we do not rent for work and this implies that there may be some slight discomfort, although every year we make improvements and renovations to the structure. 3/ The price is per day for the entire house, which can accommodate up to 7 people. 4/ To avoid unpleasant misunderstandings and disappointing expectations, we are available to consider the needs of our guests from time to time and agree accordingly, provided they are expressed before arrival. 5/ The house is NOT equipped with towels and sheets. We can arrange to rent it on behalf of guests by charging the cost. 6/ In respect of the premises and future guests, it is FORBIDDEN to smoke inside the house and bring animals. 7/ The presence of the beach depends on the storm surges and the space available can vary from day to day. In any case, just walk a few dozen meters to have more space. 8/ A DEPOSIT OF €350.00 IS REQUIRED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE STAY, WHICH WILL BE RETURNED NET OF CONSUMPTION AND THE TOURIST TAX AT THE TIME OF CHECK-OUT.
