The house is a terraced villa located in a well-kept area closed to traffic, which develops along the coast with direct access to the sea through an internal avenue. It consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower on the upper floor, while on the ground floor, there is a room with a single sofa bed and a second bathroom with a shower. It is suitable for stays in every season thanks to the air conditioning, independent heating and fireplace. You'll find the convenience of the main appliances, three air conditioners (one in the living room and one in two bedrooms) and two ceiling fans in two of the four bedrooms, so you can be comfortable in every season. Other things to note Please note the following rules that will be agreed upon in the event of a guest confirmation of the reservation: 1/ It is a house in which there are own assets that we ask for respect and care, assuming the role of guardians of the house and the objects that are part of it. 2/ We are private individuals, we do not rent for work and this implies that there may be some slight inconvenience, although every year we make improvements and renovations to the structure. 3/ The price is per day for the entire house, which can accommodate up to 7 people. 4/To avoid unpleasant misunderstandings and disappoint expectations, we are available to consider the needs of our guests from time to time and agree accordingly, as long as they are expressed before arrival. 5/The house is not equipped with towels and linens. We can rent it on behalf of guests by charging the cost. 6/ In respect of the premises and future guests it is FORBIDDEN to smoke inside the house and bring pets. 7/ The presence of the beach depends on the storm surge and the space available may vary from day to day. Anyway, just walk a few dozen meters to have more space. 8/A DEPOSIT OF € 350.00 IS REQUIRED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE STAY, WHICH WILL BE RETURNED NET OF CONSUMPTION AND TOURIST TAX AT THE TIME OF CHECK-OUT.
