Kobi - the Koblenz Old Town apartment

Beautiful apartment super central yet quiet right in a pedestrian zone of Koblenz old town. Close to shops, but also restaurants and pubs. It is about 200 meters, to the Deutsches Eck about 500 meters. There is a large flat-screen TV and of course Wi-Fi. Built-in kitchen with microwave, induction range and dishwasher. The space My old-town apartment (55 sqm) is located in a listed townhouse in Koblenz's pedestrian zone, just 200 meters from the Moselle. Located on the third floor (with elevator) and facing the back, it is therefore very centrally located, but still very quiet. A small hallway leads you into the large and cozy eat-in kitchen and into the living room – there is another dining area there as well. The fitted kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave/oven combination (convection + grill), an induction stovetop (glass-ceramic), a large sink, and, of course, a dishwasher. There is a coffee maker available for enjoying your morning coffee – very convenient: there is a great coffee roastery right next door. Of course, there is also a toaster, kettle, egg cooker, and even a rice cooker. In the living room, there is a large seating area, which is also a comfortable sofa bed (2 people). The large flat-screen TV has cable. A second hallway leads to the bathroom and the bedroom. In the bathroom, there is a washing machine (you will find a clothes rack, ironing board, and iron in the bedroom). Only for bookings of 7 days or more : Interim cleaning(s) at least every 2 weeks are mandatory, and a deposit is required (€50 per cleaning, including linen change; €200 deposit). The apartment is suitable for 4 people (bedroom = 2 people, living room large sofa bed = 2 people). When guests change, the apartment (beds) is prepared for 2 people. If there are 3 or 4 of you, please make the extra beds yourself. Linens and towels are provided.
