Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the river or relax with a glass of wine after a day of exploring the Swan Valley and Perth Hills. The guest suite is the entire ground floor of our house with its own private entrance, garden and private deck. We welcome adults only. Sorry, no children. The space Bedroom 1 is included in the standard booking. It has a queen size bed, large closet and a chest of drawers. We also have an optional second bedroom available if required for an additional fee of $50 per night. Please message us if you'd like to book the second room. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, large closet and chest of drawers. The lounge room is spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned with a flat screen TV. Within the suite, there's a bar fridge, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Please note there is no stove or oven. Complimentary breakfast consists of coffee and tea, yogurt, homemade muesli, bread, jams and milk. Uber Eats is also available in our area. Secure gated parking is available for 1 car on our driveway and there is ample parking on the street. The backyard has many tiers, steps and deep retaining walls making it unsafe for children. Guest access This listing is not for the whole house (2 storeys). It's a ground floor apartment and as we are on a hill, access is via a small flight of stairs to get to the lower level. Other things to note The fire pit is available for use from around April 15 to October 1st, although these dates may be altered according to seasonal conditions. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN WOOD.
