This place is truly magical and the PERFECT vacation getaway! *The Main House is part of the Klickitat River Inn **We are dog friendly, but ONLY upon approval with a pet fee of $20 per night per dog for additional cleaning and wear and tear on the units. Guests must agree in writing to our pet policy. The space The house is equipped with many features that will ensure pure relaxation and comfort: -Cozy living room with stone fireplace (firewood for sale $15 per large bundle) -Flat screen TV set in Family Room & Master Bedroom with a Roku, Netflix, and other free channels. -Full kitchen with flatware, silverware, utensils, coffee pot, refrigerator, 4 burner range, microwave, toaster, and an assortment of seasonings and spices and condiments in the fridge. -Coffee and Tea + creamer and sugar -Granite bar counter top -Full Bathroom with tub, blow dryer, towel dryer and large walk-in closet -Dining Room table with set for up to 6 r -Outdoor patio seating -Back Patio with Propane Fire Pit, Propane BBQ, Large Custom Outdoor Wood Fireplace with built-in Charcoal Grille -Spacious yard with large grass lawn plenty of lounge furniture and outdoor picnic table -Bocce Ball, Badminton, Cornhole -Large Outdoor Living Area & Covered Deck (shared space) with Trio Propane BBQ/Smoker/Stove and 2 Fire Pits (propane & wood) -20 ft from the river out the back door with panoramic views of the canyon and forest great for wildlife viewing -Walking distance to market, steakhouse/bar, diner, gas station, post office, church, school, community center with baseball field and playground equipment, museum and the Klickitat Trail Other Amenities: -High-speed Wifi -Heating/Cooling system -Free Parking -Towels & Linens Guest access Guests share the amazing cantilevered covered deck with other guests. Parking on the property "first comes, first serve". Please do not block driveway, additional parking on 2nd St (pull up on curb a little...street is narrow). There is plenty of space to store any additional items, such as a boat, motorcycle, or kayaks. We provide large firewood bundles upon request onsite for $20 fee, but you are welcome to bring your own! No Fires allowed during County Wide Burn Ban, usually May 1- Sept 30 depending on season. Other things to note There is big country, but little cell towers. Turn on Cellular Wi-Fi calling option (enter your home address for emergencies) to make and receive calls. There is Wi-Fi available on the property if you want to look up some fun activities, places to go, or send out a few emails. -Shuttles --Firewood/kindling bundles except during County wide Burn Ban starting June 1, 2019-Sept 30,, 2019 ** NO OUTDOOR Wood FIRES ALLOWED during the burn ban, but propane fire pits are still available for guests. -Dogs allowed upon approval, Pet fee & pet Policy, $20/night per dog
