Our place is on a large flat block located close to the Phillip Island Grand Prix track and easy walking distance to the beaches, cafe and surf shop at Smiths Beach. You’ll love our place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the views, and the cosiness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). The space Family friendly single story 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on large flat block located midway between seasonal patrolled surf beach and YMC beach. Easy walking distance to the beaches, cafe and surf shop at Smiths Beach. Great house for any season with bright open plan living/dining/kitchen. Well equipped kitchen has fridge, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, electric frypan, pod-compatible coffee machine plus dishwasher to make for happy chefs! All new appliances and equipment. Separate laundry with washing machine. TV and DVD players provided in both lounge and bedrooms. Reverse cycle air conditioner provides heating and cooling. BBQ and outdoor furniture located in garage. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed, second bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 King Single bed. No Bunks! Outside there is a fully fenced backyard and double garage. Ample parking for both cars and boats. Guest access Guests book the entire house, therefore have full access to the house and yard.
