Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort. The space The house is at the border of the Gran Paradiso National Park. Located in a panoramic position, the house is 1,5 km away from the town centre, which can be reached by 30 minutes of walking or by 5 minutes of driving. At the house, private parking is available free of charge. The "Nonni Bis Pero e Marianna" apartment (two-roomed apartment of 80 square meters) has a fully equipped kitchen, table, fridge (no freezer), induction hob and microwave. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, towels, and other bathroom amenities. The apartment has a sofa-bed, and we provide you with bedsheets and blankets. The living room, with a height of 1.95 m, and the sleeping area room, with a height of 2.20 m, have a vaulted stone ceiling. Attention! Dogs are welcomed (please check the Gran Paradiso National Park website to find out about the restrictions of dogs inside the park’s territory). Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor, reachable by a well-marked and illuminated stone path. Inside the apartment, there is a step to access both the living room and the sleeping room. Other things to note At your arrival, you will be welcomed by a small basket with local products.
