We have a good sized bedroom with 2 singles or conversion to a super king bed and a nice livingroom which has a sofa bed. On street parking charges Monday to Friday 830-530pm The space NEW FOR 2026 - due to guest feedback we have changed the bed in the bedroom to a zip link super king bed which can be split into 2 singles. This means we now have up to 3 beds. We have a lovely bright one bedroom property. It has just been furnished and has a nice bright double bedroom and a livingroom with kitchen. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Please note if the 3rd additional double bed is needed this is in the livingroom and is a sofa bed of traditional double bed size installed January 2025. The property also benefits from gas central heating. It is a good clean property. Please do ask any questions. Guest access There is no outside space. Other things to note This is a non smoking property, no parties and noise must be kept to a minimum to respect our neighbours. Registration details EH-77238-F
