Single bedroom only

Small single but comfortable bedroom - blackout window with wardrobe and cupboard in a family house. Floor cracking a bit but it does not disturb anybody. Black blind can allow you to sleep peaceful even at day light. You can cook if you want but do not forget to switch off everything after you have finished. Basic things are provided such as towels, shower gel are provided but feel free to bring your own stuff. The space The house is not massive but has all the major facilities you need. You will have many options available to you. You can book the whole house but there is no parties or loud music especially after 10pm. You can also book one of the 3 rooms (single, double or king size). The living/dining room is big enough to enjoy and relax. About 6 guests can sit at the table and enjoy a decent meal. Feel free to use anything in the kitchen even cook your own meal or share a glass of wine, my cake or biscuits. I do not always cook but if you see food on the stove, just eat. I usually cook halal. The house is also easy access by public transport even late in the evening. In case there is no transport, you can always walk to the place. It could take 20 to 25 minutes on foot depending on your steps. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from Manchester Victoria or Piccadilly. Very close to Etihad Stadium and Ao arena. Heaton park is also easy accessible by tram or buses(135) Guest access Feel free to come and eat in the living or cook something in the kitchen. You can also use all the appliances in the kitchen such as microwave, kettle, washing machine and dryer machines and cutlery However, you cannot smoke inside the house use the patio for that or the outside space where you can park your car for free During your stay Normally, I always around or not far from the house about 30 minutes. If I travel, my daughter or my son are always available to answer to your request. Other things to note Please, the entrance is at the back of the property. Gate number 9.
