This Home Stay provides a Five Star facility at affordable price. Rooms are self content with AC and attached bathrooms. There is terrace seating, Barbeque area, private portico, library, childrens games and more. Located in a quiet residential and serene area with greenery all round. You will be woken up by chirping birds, get to view them and ideal for morning walks. Calicut/Kozhikode is one among the worlds must visit destinations and we arrange packaged local tours and sight seeing. The space The rooms are with AC and attached bath, has TV, Wifi, Coffee/Tea maker, etc. The first floor is exclusively reserved for guests offering lot of privacy, where there is a common seating, a Library, a Terrace seating to the front for bird watching, a terrace seating at the back for Barbeque, smoke zone etc. At the ground floor there is again a shared seating area, dining area and kitchen. The lawn and garden around the house gives a feeling and look of a resort. The mornings can be with a cup of coffee on the terrace and probably sighting birds. And for couples, they can order for a candle light dinner with typical local cuisines. There is a library where guests could just laze reading. There are lot of theme restaurants around with variety of local foods that the guests should try. Guest access Guests will have access to the Terrace on the First Floor, Common Areas in the First Floor where the Library and Board Games are available for the Guests. Special candle light dinners and Barbeques are at the Portico in the Ground Floor and on requests and to be ordered separately. During your stay Some one will be always available to take care of the guest needs during the day time. Other things to note The rooms are No Liquor and Non Smoking Rooms. There is a designated area at the terrace where guests can smoke. Rooms are meant only for Married Couples and Families and Office going Executives.
