The unit features a ‘Smart’ TV with Wi-Fi connectivity, reverse-cycle air-conditioning/heating, an internal laundry, and a click-clack sofa that converts to a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to five people. The space A private garden courtyard with an outdoor table setting leads into the unit which features a large, tiled L- shaped kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen comes fully-appointed with a dishwasher, four-burner gas cooktop, under-bench oven and microwave. There’s a wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-conditioning /heating unit. Glass sliding doors lead back out to the courtyard. The dining setting seats six people and flows through to the living area with a flatscreen ‘Smart’ TV, ceiling fan, and a ‘click-clack’ sofa which can be converted to a bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to five people if needed. There are two bedrooms, both of which have queen-sized beds. In the main bedroom, there are built in wardrobes with lots of space for longer stays. The bathroom features a large, glass-framed shower recess. There’s also a European-style laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Other things to note * Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
