The house is perfect for families and friends and has a lovely courtyard with flowers and a gazebo. It is located 200m from the nearest beach which is ideal for children and very close to the Blue Flag beach of Monolithi. Only 5 minutes drive to Preveza city center. The space It is a fully equipped maisonette with two bedrooms upstairs, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Downstairs is the fully equipped kitchen and the living room, where there is the possibility to sleep a fifth person in a folding single bed with an extra charge of 10euros per day. In the fenced yard there is a covered area (gazebo) with grill, dining table and kitchen counter. Guest access Free parking is possible around the house. At a distance of 20 meters is one of the best taverns and in 500 meters is the center of Mytikas which has supermarkets, taverns, bakery and ATM.
