Please ensure your group packs these. Bed linens and kitchen towels are provided. 🚫 No Pets: Strictly prohibited due to severe owner allergies. 📦 Starter Kit: We provide an initial supply of TP, paper towels, and soap. Please bring additional supplies for longer stays. 🔑 Check-In: Takes place at our rental office (1233 Deerfield Way) from 9 AM – 5 PM. Valid ID and Credit Card required. * 🕒 Late Arrivals: If arriving after 5 PM, please contact us in advance to arrange our late-arrival procedure. Location & Nearby Attractions: Marinas: Boat rentals are available at nearby marinas (Oasis Water Sports, Shanghai, Sugar Hollow, and Springs Dock). Boat Slips: Slips are not included with the rental but are available for rent at the office. Call for availability. Day Trips: Museum of Appalachia / Norris Dam (~1 hour) Knoxville Zoo (~1 hr 15 min) Dollywood / Tanger Outlets (~1 hr 45 min) Gatlinburg (~2 hours) A personal vehicle is recommended for this location. Each home has a starter supply of the following: 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom 1 roll of paper towels 1 trash can liner per trash can 1 sample of liquid dish soap If the guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows: - 90+ days prior to check-in day: Full refund, excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property) - 89-60 day prior to check-in day: half refund back - 59 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payments forfeited - No refunds for holidays unless cancelled by DVR in the off-season due to inclement weather
