It is mandatory to pay before entering the house to the person in charge: 100 euros for cleaning. If you require sheets, bedspreads, pillowcases and towels, they can be provided on request at a cost of 12 euros per person. But you have to book it in advance. House description: This beautiful property is situated on the hill of Genoa and boasts beautiful views of the valley and the sea. It looks like an ancient mountain chalet. It has a large terrace garden ideal for eating outdoors. It is articulated on two floors without elevator, accessed to the first floor through a marble staircase. Villa Ornella is composed of: ground floor - an entrance; a large living room with fireplace and a dining table; a bedroom with a sofa bed (from a square and a half); a bathroom with shower; a well-equipped kitchen, a separate laundry area; first floor- two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom; a bathroom with bathtub. It also includes a large garden with a large table for eating outdoors comfortably in eight people and a small table for two people to have a separated breakfast outside. Car park: Close to the villa in the public road is usually easy to find parking as the area is residential with few houses (you are NOT paying anything!) While you are careful that in other areas of Genoa you pay parking in the street about 2.5 euros per hour ). Transportation: Just a few meters from the house there is the bus stop, where you can reach in about 25 minutes the center (Brignole Station) from where you can walk / bus to the Nautical Exhibition and visit the historic center. Or from Brignole Train Station you can take local trains to reach the surroundings of Genoa (eg 5 Terre, Camogli, Santa Margherita, Sestri Levante). By bus it is also possible to reach some beaches in Genoa. The car is however recommended to reach any point of interest in Genoa and its surroundings. Animals: Well-behaved pets are allowed. The check-in time is flexible starting from 15 pm because we have to do the cleaning. The house is equipped with self check in with key box you can arrive late, but consider that we are available on the phone for emergencies until 21, then after 21 if you have problems to enter the house we could not help you.
