The apartment is simply furnished with basic appliances and two bathrooms. The building is located in a shaded area with tall Mediterranean pines, a 10-minute walk from the sea. The private garden is equipped with chairs, table and umbrella and is accessible to guests of the three apartments (on the same floor), as are the bicycles (old but working). Cleaning fees include, in addition to the house, the garden and common areas. Free parking on the street The space An oasis of tranquility in one of the most beautiful areas of Tarquinia Lido in the shade of Mediterranean pines, a few minutes' walk from the sea and served directly by the bike path. Guest access The common garden is divided into reserved areas for each of the three apartments. Other things to note In the area there are many spaces for sports (including golf) and for personal well-being, such as the possibility of healthy walks in the salt reserve or cultural visits in the city easily accessible by public transport. The area is also important for the products of the land, for oil and wine (it is said that local foods make you live 100 years...) and rich in historical and archaeological testimonies. The beaches are equipped with bathing establishments and on the promenade there are restaurants and pizzerias. In summer, there is a medical service and a pharmacy, as well as the post office.
