The space The floorplan incorporates 4 bedrooms, the main with built-in robe and ensuite with large spa bath and private balcony, a huge modern kitchen with quality appliances, luxurious bathrooms, a cleverly concealed laundry, 2 spacious living/dining areas and a huge rumpus room retreat on the top mezzanine floor. The generously proportioned interior flows effortlessly from the private rear mediterranean courtyard through to the open-plan living spaces and kitchen, to the large balcony outdoor deck area, from where you can admire the stunning ocean and coastline views. The house includes: Panoramic Ocean Views Air conditioning & heating (ducted throughout) Linens, towels (1 per guest) & basic toiletries (soap, toilet paper) Fully Equipped kitchen including a coffee pod machine, Freestanding coffee bean machine & bar fridge Comfy sofas 2 Large Flatscreen TVs 3 newly renovated bathrooms (one with washer/dryer) Huge top floor games room, with some board games provided alfresco outdoor dining area Private mediterranean-style courtyard with outdoor fireplace Parking for up to 4 cars (Note: secure garage parking is for 2 cars only, and 2 cars can also park in front of the garage off street driveway) Easy access to beach FREE WIFI **This property does allow up to 2 small-medium sized house trained dogs upon request. If you are travelling with a pet, please advise us when making your booking, as there is an additonal pet stay fee of $100 applicable. Please note: We love welcoming pets! Please note, while the property is enclosed along the roadside, the beach-facing back area opens onto a local walkway leading down to the beach. As this section isn’t fully enclosed, we kindly ask that you keep an eye on your pets while enjoying the space. Pets are not allowed on beds, carpeted games room or soft furnishings.** Guest access The entire property will be all yours, including access to the lock up garag for 2 cars. There are 2 car driveway carspaces provided in front of the garage, for a total of 4 cars to be parked if required. Other things to note Please note: For a secure and seamless stay, all guests are required to complete a short verification process after booking. In addition to your Airbnb profile verification, we kindly ask guests to: ✔ Provide a government-issued photo ID ✔ Upload a matching selfie ✔ Confirm contact details ✔ Sign a brief rental agreement agreeing to the terms of your stay This information is collected securely for verification purposes only and is not stored or used beyond the screening process. Full check-in details will be provided once verification is successfully completed. Optional extras such as early check-in, late check-out, additional bedding, baby equipment, or extra cleaning services can be selected through our Airbnb-partnered GuestPass portal. These may incur additional fees and can also be arranged via Airbnb’s Resolution Centre if preferred. Thank you for helping us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. ******************************************************** Please also note: - You will need to be able to navigate stairs inside the property and also to get to beachfront. - Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest. - While this house has a capacity of 7, we will only accept a maximum of 6 adults in one group and no parties. - Basic starter amenities pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, soap & toilet paper. Note: Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay. - Firewood must be purchased by guests, and is available from the OTR on Brighton Road. - Bedroom 3 has a double bed with a single bunk bed on top, however we no longer make up or allow use of the top bunk. - The inbuilt coffee machine is no longer working. A coffee pod machine and a free standing coffee bean machine has been supplied instead. - Please note: The left side oven door and exhaust fan are currently awaiting repair and are unavailable for use. The right side oven and fan are still operational. - For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur
