For a rustic country cabin feel that is only minutes from downtown High Point and Greensboro. This beautiful guest house lies back off a quiet street just off HWY 74. This is a Guesthouse/Carriage/Coach House. (A Guesthouse/Carriage/Coach House is a detached building that shares a property with another stand-alone structure like a house.)” The space The lower main area includes a living room, Full Kitchen including Microwave, Refrigerator, Drip Coffee Maker (coffee included) and toaster oven. Two Hand crafted bar area and bathroom. The stairs lead to the loft that has a king size bed. In the loft area there is also a dresser and place to hang clothes. Guest access You will be able to pull right up to the house and have the entire space to yourself. There is a keyless entry. We send the code close to your arrival. When you leave the house, the door is locked by pushing the button in the center of the keypad. Other things to note The property has a beautiful pond to sit by or go fishing (fishing equipment not provided) (catch and release only) and trails to take a nice relaxing walk. There is also access to Pasture with pond for all the horse lovers coming to town. But not any available stalls. There is a $20 pet fee per animal which will need to be received upon arrival or altered to your reservation. We require pets to be completely house broke and do not chew on things. As you can see from the pictures we have allot of beautiful wood work that we take allot of pride in. We also ask that they not be left alone at any time and have to be crated if that situation happens. We can provide medium size crate if need be. The owner will replenishes fresh towel and bedding if it’s an extended stay.
