Villa Rita III (boat mooring for boats up to 8 m)

Villa Rita IV is located in a very nice place in Sevid with a beautiful view of the islands. Within the facility, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool with electrolysis, a jacuzzi on the upper terrace, a grill, Play Station 4, two E-MTBs, an ICOCAR, two SUP boards a children's playground, a volleyball court, a basketball court, table tennis, and equipment for exercise on the upper terrace overlooking the sea. We also have a mooring for boats up to 10 meters (buoy mooring). The space Staying in our villa is a unique experience. Sevid is a small village near to Trogir, and represents ideal place for quiet and cosy vacation away from big city rush and stress. It is a small mediterranean village with a typically mediterranean vegetation, nice gravel beaches and crystal clear sea. Local cuisine is offering many specialties, such as extra virgin olive oil, salted sardines, dalmatian prosciutto, sheep cheese, lamb, sea fish, mussels, lobsters, and of course quality wines made in old dalmatian taverns. Nearby you can find tavern "Lanterna" or buffet "Toni" where you can taste some of these dishes. If you get bored from resting, eating and drinking, you can enjoy in short one-day trips to surrounding islands, visit larger cities (Split, Trogir, Šibenik) wich are themselves historic monuments and proof of a great and long occupancy of these area. If you are more up to active vacation, you can hike on the mountains like Mosor, Kozjak, Biokovo or Velebit, with the unique view on the Dalmatian coast from above, or you can try several bike tours on our E-bikes. For the ones who seek to spend a good time on some festival or concert, we recommend bigger cities like Trogir, Primošten, Rogoznica or Split, and considering that we are situated in one of the most indented parts of our coastline, area is very suitable for yachtsmen, in the surrounding 35 km there is 5 fully equipped marinas. In our villas, our guests have on their disposal, free of charge, swimming pool, Hot Spring® jacuzzi hot tub on the upper deck of the villa, Weber® barbecue, Play Station 4®, two Giant® Talon E-MTB bikes, two Sup boards, table tennis table, children playground, playgrounds for beachvolleyball and basketball and Assault® gymnastic devices on the upper deck. We dispose with a mooring (buoy) for a boats up to 10 meters (7 tons). Do not miss morning exercise with a view on the Adriatic sea or the sunset in the hot tub with a glass of wine... Guest access Our guests have entire villa on their disposal. Other things to note Villa Rita III is located in the same courtyard with a villa Rita IV, which is also in our possession. Villas can be rented separately, since they are completely physically separated, but at the same time are also suitable for renting to a larger number of persons, such as several families.
