The apartment is fully furnished with modern bathroom including washing machine, dining space, modern kitchen and a queen-size bed connecting to the balcony with a beautiful view of Kamala. The apartment has a compact kitchen that offers all main equipment to cook up a small meal including cooking hob, sink, microwave, refrigerator and other small appliances such as kettle and toaster. The apartment is located on the 6th floor on tower B. Access to the apartment is either by elevator or stairs or on a steep hill, guest may need to walk up sloped pathways to building entrance. Guest access Within the premise is an outdoor pool, gym room, children's playground, a sun bathing, spa & massage, and a family mart. Facilities free of use within the complex consist of a gym room and swimming pool. Other facilities have additional cost. This deposit is used in case of our company’s property being damaged or lost/misplaced. CLEANING- For stays over 28 days cleaning, trash collecting, and towels changing once a month with charge 800thb per 1 bedroom /time , 2beds 1500 ThB/time. Extra cleaning will require additional fee. CLEANING FEE is cleaning after check out only, not during your stay. Wi-Fi - code access will be given on check-in and is available within public areas of the property to help you to stay connected with family and friends. Dedicated high speed internet free of charge. TOWELS/LINEN - Set of towels for every guest, containing bath, and face towels. FACILITIES - Facilities free of use within the complex consist of a fitness room and swimming pool.
