Comfortable, private bedroom, with a Queen Size bed and guest shared bathroom (private bathroom when no other guests are staying) with bath/shower, in a beautiful historic and very spacious home. Minimum stay is 30 days, but beyond that, a stay can last as long as you'd like. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your length of stay. The space We affectionately call our home, Chez La Vie. It is a large, 103 year old house designed with over 14 different types of wood, stained glass, pocket doors, original light fixtures, and incredible warmth throughout. Guest access Important notice! Please be aware that due to the Covid-19 Global Pandemic, there are NO common areas shared with this listing. Until this pandemic has been resolved, the listing is ONLY for the bedroom and bathroom. Guests are NOT allowed to use or remain in any other part of the house. We ask that they only quickly pass through the house on their way in to or out of their bedroom. There is NO kitchen access and NO laundry facilities on the premise for guests to use. During your stay Important notice!
