The space The apartment sits on the Petchaburi avenue, one of the three main roads of Bangkok. Starting from the Petchaburi MRT station, you’ll be able to reach the world-renowned Terminal 21 within minutes. Other things to note **Guests need to pay attention to the following rules: -Due to the security of the condo, it requires facial swipe to check in, can't check in after 5pm. - The condo's gym and swimming pool require a 120 THB membership card to access. - We have prepared rooms decorated in different styles for our guests. The actual room will be determined according to availability. - Guests staying for 30 days or more are required to pay half a month's rent as a deposit. -According to Thai law, passport photos are required before check-in. -The rent includes a monthly electricity allowance of 2,000 THB. Excess usage will be deducted from the deposit.
